Am I Done Yet

A child learns what “done” means for one everyday task, like tidying their room, until they can judge it for themselves. Then the app steps away from that task.

The goal isn’t a clean room. It’s a child whose own sense of done matches the one their family holds.

In family testing. Not in the App Store yet.

Want to know when you can try it? Ask to hear more, and we’ll write when there’s something ready.

How it works

  1. A grown-up shows what done looks like

A few photos of the task done to your family’s standard, and a short list of what done means, in your own words. The app can read the list aloud for a child who isn’t reading yet.

  2. The child checks their own work

When they think it’s done, they tap Check my work, take a photo, and can say what they did. The app gives a second opinion, and says so plainly when it isn’t sure.

  3. The grown-up makes the call

Done or not yet, and then you look at it together. Once the child’s call keeps matching yours, the task is theirs, and the app stops asking about it.

Everything stays on the phone. No account, no tracking, and photos never leave the device.
